The Navy Physical Readiness Test consists of push-ups, curl-ups (sit-ups), and either running or swimming. In basic training, swimming is not an option. All boot camp recruits are measured by performing push-ups, curl-ups (sit-ups), and running 1 1/2 miles.

  1. You should get one person from every single military department (air force, army, navy, marines and coast guard) to do the fitness tests/obstacle courses, and see who wins! Never seen a coast guard in the vid, so I’m curious to see how they do

  2. Never have done the Navy PRT she did really well and should be proud of herself.

I almost forgot but if you had to walk in Alabama you should have come to Georgia since we have things called cars and electricity.

  3. Austen you are looking good strong arms and I love your mustache 😘😘❤️💙💙💙💙❤️❤️ I love you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
